The random "GOOD MORNING, HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY!" text-
The women you agreed with at the bus stop - The kids that came into your line for frozen drinks - The baby that smiled at you from her stroller - The little girl that laughed at your funny faces on the bus - The 2 friends that sat near you on the train, expressing your same angst- The friend that stopped what he was doing to 'come to your rescue' - The friend you see every now and then, but the love is always there, the talk is great, the support is real, the laughs are priceless - The guy that comes up to you with a compliment, asking for a small bit of your time . . . interested in you? (while you looked a hot mess) It's the people throughout our day that somehow 'make our day' much brighter! Our day may have started on the rougher side, but ended in a SMILE. the people we meet . . .

[You can't possibly take the world by storm, if the storm continues falling down on you, right?]
“Storms come, and are so personal, they seem to know your address and have the key to your house.” ― Reverend Jesse Jackson “We live in a world that is beyond our control, and life is in a constant flux of change. So we have a decision to make: keep trying to control a storm that is not going to go away or start learning how to live within the rain.” ― Glenn Pemberton, ---for storms, sometimes we cut out the WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and just ask WHY? & HOW? INDIA.ARIE - SONGVERSATION.
every song. every lyric. every word = the healing process "Women always think men CAN change but they DON'T . . . Men think that women CAN'T change but they DO."
--------- not who I am, but who they wish I was This is not a pitstop for me . . .
the is the space that I have to embrace in my living. it's the space where I can cry all I want, feel the way I want, crawl up in a ball for no one to see me sleep the day away more freely live my life more meekly create after suffering ambiguity this isn't a pit stop I don't have to be your friend I can say hi to show life from within bury my silence when I leave the room go back to oblivion with 'work on the run.' Laugh like you've never been lonely/Laugh like there is hope in the story
Love like you've never been lonely/Love like he'll be there forever What's that song? ----- "The day you lose your fear you should quit." "Love leaves a memory that no one can steal."
~scene from HAWTHORE, Jada Pinkett Smith [There are parts we play in each others lives, whether we mean to or not . . .
When most things fail, there's only a few who make sense to you.] ~ Dionna PridGeon What is everything for?
You try to help people and you try to love people but it all ends up becoming extremely hurtful and painful. I have these: unbearable, debilitating, suppressive standards that no one can win in. How can you love someone with those standards? That's not love! That control! Protecting yourself from feeling and falling, being alive! --- I thought that he had a magic key so that I would finally not fell alone. Then to come across someone who understood me, didn't make me feel alone - then it not be right! Now, I question everything, nothing makes sense. --- ...unsafe feelings spend you out of control. Don't allow you to make the right decisions. Feelings amount to what??? Feel for hurt? --- The moment I allowed myself to feel something . . . My air, my oxygen, my breath, my coming to life! - destroys the people that I love. ---- . . . deepest recesses of your thinking - I want to satisfy by dark pleasures - revenge! --- What is love? ---- What we know about love is what we've experienced before. ---- from a scene in the show HAWTHORNE (Jada in her therapy session) Sometimes we DO, with expectations . . . the expectations are the things that can bite us in the ass!
